What habit are you willing to go into real physical withdrawal for?
Yes, that’s right, even “innocent” habits like going to bed later than planned, watching too much Netflix, to more serious ones like eating too much sugar, to ….well you know what you are hooked on!
It all gives withdrawal symptoms and things do feel worse before it gets better. I am working on 2 seemingly innocent habits myself at the moment. Use a Mindful perspective while being in discomfort.

Mindful scanning your body
Mindful eating
